Volunteers

A great many people in the Merseyside region volunteer for the mission and unity of the church. Many of these roles are informal and unrecognised in Churches Together groups; social responsibility projects like Food banks; events and festivals, like Pentecost; schemes for visiting, pastoral care and befriending; and a wide variety of other activities aimed at sharing the good news of Jesus in our region. 

The role of CTMR is not to manage the many and various volunteer groups, but to coordinate, communicate and promote good practice.
